DIVING POLICIES /TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review our Diving Policies and Terms & Conditions prior to booking your dives.

We’ll be happy to go over any of your questions or concerns.

Reservations

  • Due to the limited space and nature of our operation, we do require a security deposit to secure your reservations.

  • Once we have confirmed that the dates are available we will ask you

a security deposit of  800 Pesos for each diver

a proof of certification for certified diver ( not necessary for student)

Payments

  • All our listed prices are in Mexican Pesos

  • Exchange rate of the US Dollar to Mexican Pesos is depended on the exchange rate of the bank of the day

  • The balance of payment is due upon arrival.

  • Payments done with PayPal or credit card will be added 6.5% transection fee

  • Payment details will be provided once we receive the reservation request

  • Boat dive rates doesn't include National Marine park entrance fee, $100 PESOS per person per day

Our Diving Policy

  • To participate in boat dive you need to have a scuba diving certification from a recognized certifying agency

  • Advanced sites are restricted to qualified divers only, divers need to be evaluated by DM prior to the dive to advanced sites

  • All divers must complete Blu-emotion Cozumel LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION RISK AGREEMENT form and medical statement prior to the  dive

  • While diving within the National Marine Park of Cozumel, divers must obey park rules.

  • Divers who disobey Marine Park Rules and/or Blu-emotion Cozumel Standards of Safe Diving Practices, otherwise disrespectful to the crews can have their diving privileges revoked. 

 

Our Cancellation Policy

Client cancellation before traveling to Cozumel

  • Cancellation before 14 days or more prior to the first scheduled dive, the deposit will be refunded, less a 6% transaction fee.

  • Cancellation before 7 days of the first scheduled dive, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less a 6% transaction fee.

  • Deposit will not be refunded if canceled within 7 days of the first scheduled dive.

Client cancellation on arrival in Cozumel

  • Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours' notice. If we are able to fill your spot, the balance will be refunded,less a 6% transaction fee. No refunds are given in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation by Blu-emotion Cozumel prior to client’s arrival in Cozumel

  • Blu-emotion Cozumel will provide the diver the option of a full refund or alternate dive operation.

Cancellation by Blu-emotion Cozumel due to weather

  • A full refund will be given. Dives may be canceled if the Harbor Master closes the port to small crafts.
